Who We Are
A trained chef with 20 years of experience at the intersection of food and media, Sara Levine Rosenblum has spent her professional life translating the high-intensity world of professional kitchens into relatable, story-driven content that inspires the modern home cook.
After graduating from the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Communications and a minor in Italian, Rosenblum spent her early career in magazines covering food and drink. She was inspired to build on her editorial roots with a culinary degree from Le Cordon Bleu.
During a 14-year tenure at Food Network (Warner Bros. Discovery), Rosenblum’s path took her from the technical rigors of the test kitchen to the editorial leadership of FoodNetwork.com as its Managing Editor. She edited and curated recipes for some of the most recognizable names in the industry, including Ina Garten and Bobby Flay. Whether she was working behind the scenes of Iron Chef America or testing new recipes in Food Network Kitchen, Sara developed a keen eye for the specific voice and soul that makes a chef’s food resonate with a global audience.
Based in the D.C. area, Rosenblum’s editorial perspective is deeply informed by the dining landscape, which she covers extensively for Washingtonian magazine. By combining her editorial experience with a chef’s technical understanding, Rosenblum bridges the gap between the restaurant pass and the kitchen table. She partners with collaborators to ensure their vision is not just documented, but elevated—transforming a career’s worth of kitchen magic into a cohesive, beautiful, and lasting culinary narrative.
